What are the payment options?

When purchasing HYPOGEN CARE® products, you can choose from several payment options:

To which countries do you deliver?

HYPOGEN CARE® delivers with DHL GoGreen:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Spain

Who pays the shipping costs?

The shipping costs per order are 4,95 EUR. The delivery is made by DHL. From a value of goods of 150 EUR the delivery is free of shipping costs.

How long does the shipping take?

We deliver within 4-6 business days from our warehouse in Germany. In busy times there may be delays - we ask thank you in advance for your patience!

How does the complaint process work?

Is your HYPOGEN CARE® If your order has been delivered in a damaged package or if the items have leaked, you have of course the possibility to complain about your order. To do this, please contact us by e-mail to the Customer service (scm@hypogen.de). Please remember to include your order number, name and contact information.

How to reach the customer service?

Can I return my order?

Yes, with HYPOGEN CARE® your satisfaction is our top priority. You have the right to return unopened items within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Checking the item: Make sure that the item is unopened and in its original condition.
  2. Packaging: Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
  3. Shipping: Send the item back to the following address on your own account:

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

The costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the customer. We recommend that you choose an insured shipping method to ensure that the goods arrive undamaged.

What happens after the return?

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount in accordance with our refund policy.

FAQs about the products

Where are the exact ingredients of the items listed?

The ingredients of HYPOGEN CARE® products can be found on the back of the product label. On the other hand, they are listed in the product description of the respective article in the HYPOGEN CARE® Store to find. There are all the ingredients contained are listed under the item "Ingredients".

Why is the Care Shampoo beige in color?

The products of HYPOGEN CARE® do not contain color additives. The beige color of the care shampoo is the natural inherent color of the biopolymer used.

Does the deodorant contain aluminum salts?

No, the HYPOGEN CARE® Deodorant does not contain aluminum salts, fragrances or silicones.

Do HYPOGEN SKIN CARE products contain fragrances?

No, the HYPOGEN CARE® Products do not contain fragrances.

Are silicones used in HYPOGEN HAIR CARE products?

In HYPOGEN CARE® products, neither silicones nor microplastics are used.

Which oils are contained in the LLS Care Cream contain?

LLS cream contains a CCT oil (Caprylic Capric Triglyceride). This is not a mineral oil.

What do HYPOGEN CARE products smell like?

HYPOGEN CARE products are hypoallergenic, i.e. suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, no fragrances are used in the HYPOGEN CARE range. This also helps non-allergy sufferers, as it reduces the risk of allergies. HYPOGEN CARE products therefore have a pleasant, neutral fragrance.

What is the best way to use the skin care oil?

The Skin Care Oil from HYPOGEN CARE can be used in particular for the local and extensive treatment of dry skin on the face and body. The Skin Care Oil is also a useful skin care supplement for normal skin.

Is the Make-up Remover Oil also recommended for oily skin?

The Make-up Remover Oil from HYPOGEN CARE does not weigh the skin down, leaves no greasy residue and is non-comedogenic. It is therefore suitable for all skin types, including oily skin.

Can I also use Hair Care Oil for skin care?

Yes, the Hair Care Oil can in principle also be used for skin care. However, we recommend using the skin care oil, as it is better suited to individual skin needs.

The Skin Care Oil leaves a film on the skin, what can I do?

The Skin Care Oil should be absorbed in 1 to a maximum of 3 minutes, depending on the skin type. If a film of oil remains on the skin afterwards, it has been applied in excess. Excess Skin Care Oil can be removed with a cloth or cotton pad. In the event of a massive overdose, the affected area can alternatively be rinsed with HYPOGEN CARE Shower Foam (body) or Facial Cleanser (face) to remove excess oil.

How to use the styling gel?

The styling gel is to be used like a normal hair gel. Also suitable for the scalp as a "spray patch" against mosquito bites and injuries. There is no greasy buildup.

After how long does dandruff disappear when using HYPOGEN CARE Cleansing Shampoo?

After using Cleansing Shampoo , dandruff usually disappears after 1 - 5 hair washes, depending on the thickness.

The hair after the first application feels straw, felt, dull?

When switching to a new shampoo, especially if it is hypoallergenic and free of many conventional ingredients, there is an adjustment period. The hair may in some cases require multiple shampooing to completely dissolve out residues and develop the optimal effect of our shampoo.

The foaming behavior of the shampoo is an important indicator.

The shampoo contains few surfactants in order to cleanse as gently as possible. For this reason, it is advisable to use a generous amount. With thick and long hair in particular, it can happen that the shampoo does not foam much during the first wash. Two applications are therefore often necessary: a first to cleanse the hair and a second to allow the conditioning agents to fully develop. The second wash should produce significantly more foam - a sign that the conditioning effect is beginning. Only now is the hair sufficiently conditioned. Foam on the fingers is an indicator of sufficient cleansing and conditioning. Once this has been achieved, no further treatment is required. This may occur later if the hair is in great need of cleansing, for example if there is heavy microplastic or silicone build-up.

Does your hair feel dry or straw-like?

Then another wash is necessary. The cleansing and conditioning effect of the shampoo has not yet fully developed - the active ingredients have already been used up for cleansing. When switching from conventional shampoos to HYPOGEN CARE, it can take 5 to 10 days until the hair is completely cleansed and naturally conditioned. More frequent hair washes are required during this transition phase.

What does HYPOGEN CARE® products so special?

HYPOGEN CARE® acts biomimetically, i.e. just like natural protection and care mechanisms of skin and hair themselves. This makes HYPOGEN CARE® Products completely non-irritating and hypoallergenic. HYPOGEN CARE® thus paves the way to naturally healthy skin and hair for everyone - including allergy sufferers. In addition, the restorative, protective and regenerating effect of the products also helps to prevent or improve skin allergies and sensitization.

Does the LLS Care Cream have a sun protection factor?

No, the LLS Care Cream does not have a sun protection factor, this should be applied additionally during the day.

When will the care effects of HYPOGEN CARE® Products visible?

With HYPOGEN SKINCARE products, ad hoc immediate effects are noticeable. The long-term effects are noticeable from approx. 2 - 3 days.
With HYPOGEN HAIRCARE products, too, immediate effects are noticeable ad hoc. However, at least 5 days are necessary for the long-term effects to unfold. This is because the hair is often contaminated with silicone and microplastics from the use of conventional products. These must first be removed step by step so that the HYPOGEN CARE® products can develop their full effect.

Are there small sample packs of the items to try?

We do not offer trial packs with. HYPOGEN CARE® products regenerate skin & hair in their specific field of application. They require regular use over several days to fully develop their effect and enhance the positive effects of medical cosmetics (see When are the care effects of HYPOGEN CARE® Products visible?).
Samples for one-time testing therefore fail to serve their purpose, since in case of doubt one would only experience the immediate effects of the products.
Instead, we offer small formats (105 ml) of our bestsellers. This allows you to use the products several times and observe the full effect. For a first test order, we also offer coupons so you can get the products at a reduced price.

Do the products also work for anti-aging?

Moisturizing products in particular also act peripherally as anti-agers.

Duration of action of HYPOGEN CARE® Products?

Skin: Immediate effects can be felt ad hoc, long-term effects from approx. 2 - 3 days.

Hair: Immediate effects ad hoc noticeable, long-term effects from about 5 days. The hair often has loads of silicone and microplastics due to the use of conventional products. These must first be removed step by step so that HYPOGEN CARE® products can develop their full effect.

Does the LLS Care Cream for reddened couperose skin or rosacea?

The HYPOGEN CARE® Care cream works and, according to experience, provides visible improvements in the area of the nose, cheeks - and décolleté after 2-3 weeks.

Does the "Makeup Remover Oil" also remove mascara?

Yes, mascara is removed by the HYPOGEN CARE® make-up removal oil.
